By and large, this is risky. The majority of people at least those who live in Canada think that if you have spare money you should buy real estate and better even a Toronto condo. But this depends on your aims as there are people who would not even live in the houses they plan to buy, they just invest their money into Okanagan real estate. The major problem about investing into Canadian real estate is the existing restrictions for the foreigners to buy land in Canada. But for the residents of Canada there are no stumbling blocks to buy the Matrix condos and enjoy the wonderful from the French windows!
